what's the latest news of everyone's cats? Let put a little bit up here each day.

Of course Mr D is only an "Honorary" Cat. But at the moment he is sitting at the front door watching the world go by

I have a special spot for those BIG cats! 😄

Pretty quiet here since we lost Buffy. Thankfully, cause there's no real special need ones now. I still give whitey and Leonard a bowl of watered down AD or baby food each day.

And I started giving Whitey, Leonard and a couple others a can of royal canin baby cat food a day. Doesn't sound so special, except I finger feed them, take a little bit on my finger and they line up and each gets to eat off my finger the little pieces of food til the can is gone. If I put it on the plate no one eats it. Argh. They like the personal touch I guess. I started it, what am I creating?? Oh well, they like it, and I guess I'm so used to giving specialized care, I kinda lean to doing it even if not necessary I guess.

Only have 10 kitties, such a change from so many before.

And Jenny is doing well, I know you always used to ask about her. I tell her she's lucky to be in. We're expecting 9 inches of snow by morning. We'll be out shoveling tonight at about 3 am so Dave can get out to work, Everett too.

Hi Val, I have to e-mail you. Our cats are all doing well, and we have poor Misty, the mother of two of our kitties still coming for food and lives in our garage most of the time. I hope so. She is feral of course. Within the next month or two, we may be finally bringing my MIL's cat here. Jade. It's so hard because Jadie is a loner and really doesn't interact much with other cats. He does not like anyone being near him when he eats, including us. Plus he usually eats the most at night. Won't fly here. Our cats gobble up their food within minutes of it going down.

They get fed 3x's a day, and nothing will last over night. So he's going in the second bedroom for a bit and we are buying those bowls that have a sensor on them. So he'll have a collar with a little chip in that goes with the bowl sensor and only opens for him. That's all we can think of to do. Any ideas would be welcome!

Jadie gets some baby food too, helps to fatten him up. He was sick a couple months ago and lost alot of weight, so now he's back up to normal and gets spoiled.

Glad your babies are doing well. I'll e-mail you this weekend. Hope your eye is much better by now!

We have had her for a few months now..Ron and I stopped by the Dollar store & she was outside greeting people as they walked in...
I told Ron that I didn't want to leave her there but he was adamant about anymore cats...As we were leaving some lady stopped me to let me know there was a kitty under our car so Ron pulled her out from under the car handed her to me & I got in the car with her & the rest is history lol..He is crazy about her..

Reminds me so much of my sweet Sarah. What a lucky girl to be so loved.

Did you find her as a stray at the Dollar Store? I think you did but can't specifically remember.

Yes she was greeting people at the Dollar General store I saw where people was leaving her canned foods the food was still in the cans because she couldn't get it out herself...I had her vetted right away then brought her in and all is well except of course Summer hates her like she hates the heathens...lol....Zoey is precious....
