Sheila was one of the most caring, generous people I have known. She was always thinking of others, and was a tremendous support to me with phone calls and dozens of small gifts when I was first going through chemo.

She was a wonderful, considerate woman, and will be deeply missed.

I feel so bad. I don't come here as much and I didn't realize she was sick. But from reading what some others said, not many did know I guess. I feel bad she didn't want to share, maybe the support may have helped her, but maybe she just wanted to keep things private. God bless her and may she be at peace and now able to see her loved one's who went before, and all her beautiful furbabies too. So very sad.

It seems like it was just not to long ago she was always helping someone or cheering someone up. So sorry that ACME has lost such an endearing person.

She was a regular at chat back in the day. She was a regular participant in Secret Santa. She never missed a year since 2003 until 2016 (when she was traveling over the holidays) and last year, 2017, due to her illness.

She was so kind to everyone. She was so kind to me.

AHOC is one of the few sites that my workplace hasn't gotten around to blocking (all social media sites are blocked), and I am tearing up at my desk as I type this.

I will miss her so much.

Always hard to lose one of our own and animal lover. I hope her family finds peace in this hard time.

Our animals shepherd us through certain eras of our lives.
When we are ready to turn the corner and make it on our own...they let us go.

This is heartbreaking. I felt like she was family. GIles and Princess’ romance was too cute (started by Deb and Sheila) I hope they are together now, giggling and petting the cats. What a sad day. Heartbroken...

Every Christmas I looked forward to getting her Christmas card. She was a wonderful person. Sending many, many condolences to her family.
