we seem to be going quiet again here. It s certainly getting cooler first thing in the mornings here now, although it was a hot day yesterday. The weatherman has promised us a dro of rain tomorrow, however I will believe it when I see it - he has broken his promises before,Cats are like Potato Chips - you can't have just one
My eyes are still a problem, though some days I almost feel *normal*. I have to make an appointment with the specialist but kinda hate to cause all the tests may make my issues worse again, and they are tolerable now.
The cats are all doing well. Thankfully. All three 17 year olds are happy and feeling better than you'd see a young one. Steve still runs up and down the halls on occasion. And I pulled out a string a couple weeks ago, and all the cats, including Leonard with his arthritis came out to play. Leonard followed the string around at his slower pace but was trying to catch it.
Leonard is on Clavamox now cause he caught a stuffy nose and sneeze somehow and i didn't want it to get worse. he was sleeping more than normal. Just two doses and he's starting to act like himself more again. But I'll finish it up for him anyway.
It's April 17, and we had a big snowstorm/more ice storm on Sunday. Little hail pellets all day made a few inches of slush/snow mix on the ground. Everything white and the trees coated in ice. That's getting better now, but still white outside. Tomorrow another snow storm coming, with a few inches expected. Argh! This is after mid April! Crazy! Two hours north of us, where I drive to the casino they got 14 inches! And a few hours away, they got 2 feet! I guess I'll take the few inches.
I can't wait til Summer, I gave up on Spring.
I hope you're feeling better and over your bronchitis now. And I hope you get that rain!
I just finished a two week battle with bronchitis and starting to feel normal again. It was all I could do to go to work and then home to sleep. My kitties have been missing their attention!! We are getting more snow today after almost 80 degrees at the weekend and an F1 tornado on Sunday. Crazy weather!
Spring is way too slow in coming. Work has been crazy insane, and I'm trying to keep up with exercising and icing my knees after the replacements, but it's hard finding time to do it all, especially when I come home so exhausted.
I can't wait for summer when at least we'll have some sun and warmth to make things easier to take!

Sorry you are so tired - I know that feeling. Try to find time to relax - especially when you are icing your kneesCats are like Potato Chips - you can't have just one

I'm not icing my knees like I should (when I run out of time, that tends to be the first thing to go) and so I'm having more pain than I probably would otherwise. But it's hard to get myself to just lay there and do it 2-4 times a day when there are so many other things and just not time enough for all of them.
I really do believe I'll feel more energetic when we actually start getting some weather that is conducive to getting outside and doing things without freezing to death in the process!
One day rain, next day sun. Which is good, I guess, as it gives the water time to sink into the ground. The girls (Mira and Ziba) are not sure what is going on, are we getting morning sun, or what, Mom?
