You said you'd be hearing more on your husband's biopsy results by the end of the month. Just to let you know I'm keeping you in my thoughts and hoping for the most benign kind of news!

It came back benign but its something they have to watch it since its precancerous...He goes back in April....Thank you for asking...Of course the worry continues...The one time I posted the dr said everything looked fine but guess there was just a little glitch..

that they would stop using that term - "pre-cancerous", as if the outcome is defined. There is such a range of interpretation between "elevated risk", likely to develop, or effectively "early stage but not yet".

While it is important to be vigilant and prepared for a POSSIBLE, eventual, malignancy, the term causes so much unnecessary stress and anxiety.

But of course, my prayers are with you both for my favorite scan result terms - "stable, no change, and NED - "no evidence of disease"

I'm not that knowledgeable about all the terminology of "pre-cancerous" and such, but it has got to be really scary to hear.

I'm glad he's doing well, and we'll just all count on that continuing, okay?

Please keep him in your prayers that it stays benign...No cancer and no cancer cells for now but that can change one day.....
