How is the sweet little one doing??? How are you doing with her?? I hope all is well there with your furred ones!!!! Healing thoughts and prayers!!!Love those who are with you today.....purrsss, Remember those from previously...mewz
You have your own worries to deal with. How did chemo go Thursday? Hope you’re feeling better now. How many more treatments do you need to get?
Peatrie did get her stitches out today. She was healed fine. One less thing to worry about. I made an appointment for two weeks from now for X-rays. That should tell us how well she’s healed and when we can think about letting her out.
So that’s the next big step. But we’re getting there!
i don't like to keep pestering your about progress so it is good to see here that the stitches are out. Are you still staying in the closet with her??? I am hoping and praying that the X-rays show that all is good and she will soon be able to run free and be a kitten again.
Keeping you in my thoughts and prayersCats are like Potato Chips - you can't have just one

Pestering. Caring is good.
I’m still in the closet, trying to keep it. 1/2 time at night though . But yesterday spent nearly whole time. She likes company. She’s fine when someone’s is with her but wants to come out when not. I know she’ll be happy when this is over. We both will.
The poor little fur kid hurt doing what kitties do, also with your extraordinary care and love for her!!!!! I am glad that she is appearing to heal as she should. Also that you will be able to not to have as much worry for Petrie!!!! My chemo treatment went better than the first, I was able to obtain the white blood cell rx to help keep me regenerating white cells, so not ill. I have two more double treatments two weeks apart, then 12 weekly doses, surgery and recovery then six weeks of daily radiation. They have hit me with the full range of traditional care, unfortunately not any of the newer more effective treatments. I have a rare form of the disease without the benefit of the latest, easier treatments!! My two kitties are right here with me as I am dealing with this sharing their special love and furrz with me. Thank you for your interest. Keep taking such excellent care of your own loved fur kids as well as yourselves!!!!! This has been hard and sad, but rewarding to see ones who care so much for their kitties!!!!!! Keep it up!!!! I look forward to hearing you're updates!!!Love those who are with you today.....purrsss, Remember those from previously...mewz
I apologize that I hadn't been keeping up with your posts. Bendy's Mom alerted me that you have Triple Negative. I had TNBC TWICE - first in 2007, and again in 2015 (new primary, not a recurrence or metastasis)
There have been a LOT of advances in the past ten years (though not nearly enough for us TNBC-er's). When I was first diagnosed, our subset was barely recognized, let alone appreciated as a different disease than hormone/HER2 positive breast cancers, for which targeted therapies are viable treatment options.
I have a lot of resources and am connected with a number of online communities.
Please let me know if you would like to chat...

I responded to your private message. I'm doing ok.
Chemo was certainly challenging, but I managed much better than most, especially the second time, when I felt like a pro, lol.
You got this!
I hear you....msg

One of those unfortunate things one has to live with. I have excellent doctors at a good local hospital with a good support system!! I hope all is better with you. Also that Petrie is healing and can continue being a kitten with her siblings and loving humans!!! Take care of yourself and thank you!!!!Love those who are with you today.....purrsss, Remember those from previously...mewz
