Saying hello

Sorry I have been away from the board. The last year has been rather difficult loosing Easton lasy year and now catless with other issues has caused an on-and-off social balance. I do peek in to read things but never ever forget about this place. Hope people are well.

I am sorry you are feeling so low. I know what it is to be catless - first i lost my husband, then my last cat Zoe, and then my beautiful dog Bronte - all in a matter of months. I am lucky because I still have Mr D. He is the reason I get up each day. I hpe you are taking care of yourself, I know what it is like to be ill and alone. I don't post much either but do pop by now and then and let us know you are doing OK

Glad you stopped by. I’m sorry you’re still hurting and struggling. Prayers things improve for you. Life can certainly be difficult sometimes. Try to get out and find peace and comfort in things you can. A walk through a park, maybe join a senior center or club to meet other people, watch the birds in the yard, listen to some peaceful music, etc.
Take care of yourself. Good to see you.

I'm sorry that you have been having a difficult time. And it sucks to be catless!

Any possibility of fostering to at least get some feline companionship?

I wish I could but I can barely take care of myself right now. It would not be fair to a furkid if I can't afford to care for them. I am afraid I am done for the rest of my life.

You can always volunteer at a shelter...nm
