I just got out of the hospital msg

I was so dehydrated from the stomach virus that my electrolytes were off the charts and my kideys were shutting down.Nasty virus that one.Be careful who touches you.

I was really sick with Bronchitis a few weeks ago and whatever else was going around - two nights as I went to bed I really didn't think I would wake up the next morning - BUT here I am. Keep well

As we age,fighting is harder and harder.But I think were all pretty tough always get back up and carry on.
