My new coworkers

are kind of a pain! Lol. I started working from home this week and the kitties are soooo excited. They don't respect my work space at all!

I work in IT for a hospital so I'm very happy to not have to go in to work during this. They had originally planned for us to work from home one day a week and this health crisis has really thrown us into the deep end. It's starting to go smoother, though and I'm grateful.

I've joined the ranks!

I've got my laptop on a tray table, but I hate typing on the laptop keyboard, so I have a separate keyboard in my lap as I sit on the couch. Convincing Sara not to climb right on top of it for a cuddle is proving a bit of a challenge! At the moment she's snugged up right next to me, causing a bit of an awkward typing angle with my right arm, but I'll deal with it!

Mine are getting so spoiled that I may have to retire after this is over. Lol. Right now I have a cat on my shoulders and the others are on the patio room watching birds and squirrels. They like having me around at their beck and call.

Kira is lounging against the couch arm to my right, and she looks SO adorable and peaceful. How did we ever manage being stuck at work all day without these "kitty breaks"?
