An update on things here people hope all are well. Work has started recalls and it's been a circus. Lots of workers finding themselves working weird random hours and 7 days a week. Lots of people are not happy with this including me.
Though it's good to be working again they have once again gone back to their evil ways of not thinking about that people have lives out side the job and throw out a schedule and expect everyone to blindly go. A few co-workers have put in for early retirement and some are looking to go elsewhere. These like myself have put in a lot of time and seniority and find ourselves working like newbies just out the door with obscure hours and not being able to work where we applied for. And most of all the Covid-19 issue has made a lot of people reconsider where they work like those in my age group. And giving where we all work everyone from around the world comes here.
We trained in face masks and shields this week and it was brutal. Full company outfit and dealing with hundreds of people at once in 90 plus is not going to be fun nor safe. This among other things is why I no longer have furkids, which I miss. Off to the circus we go and ride in the clown car.
Cheers."It takes a bigger man to admit he loves cats than most men who would not".

they want us to work 6 feet apart but most of the jobs are 2 hours away so they cram 8 or 9 people in a van for the drive. some people did not come back due to wanting to milk unemployment so we are short handed as well. hang in there.
Things certainly ....msg

Are different now in the world. Sorry you have to deal with stuff like this. Luckily we are both retired here, and can hunker down and stay home, and go and deal with the outside world only as we feel needed. Life’s different on that respect too, hard being stuck home. But much better than being forced to deal with working with covid all
I hope you will be able to retire at some point soon. In the meantime , be careful and take care of yourself!
Hope things msg
