Happy Thanksgiving!

To all who celebrate it! (And to those who don't, have a lovely day, and eat something special today just for the heck of it!)

I'm thankful that Sara is 18 years old (plus!) and still doing well. Even though she's walking kind of wobbly these days, she still manages to gather up enough determination to jump up onto the furniture that she enjoys dozing on. The chiro and the Solensia both continue to help.

And despite her elevated kidney values, she is not showing any signs of suffering or discomfort. So I'm just keeping on with her raw feeding and adding a phosphorous blocker to minimize the load on her kidneys. Hopefully she'll keep on keepin' on for some time to come.

I lost Bubba Troublemaker this year and now down to 4, 2 of which were my Mom's. This year really flu by though. Have a blessed holiday.
