Look int using Bob's doppler www.pelican2.com and his small antenna. If yoiu Quad is using GPS and video or APRS then you coulod get away from locak reflections. If you are clse enough use the third harmonic which radiates fine out of most hidden transmitters and the antenna is much smaller. Any way you look at it it is a lot of stuff for a small quad to lift. They usually are limited to less than a pound.
