Yes, I should have clarified that. When using the eflow, the particle size is so much smaller and makes meds sooo much more effective. Because of this, you can only use meds dispensed by the pharmacy. They have to use Tobi, but they actually cut the dose in half....the pharmacy does this for you...and it is awesome.

I love my eflow. I do everything in it except for the GSH. GSH works best in a traditional neb.

As far as it breaking, they replace everything for you with no cost to you. They probably told you that Denise to scare you into not using other meds in their device....They tried to tell me recently that I could only use Hypertonic from them to be sure of its quality...I was livid and told them, "Give me a break!"

One problem they had initially was the head getting clogged. That has been solved by telling each patient to rinse the head in water, put it in a sonic jewelry cleaner for fivr minutes with 70% alcohol and not only is it sterile, but it keeps the head working great and fast!

Anyway, aside from the hypertonic issue, they have been awesome...and it makes my life so easy.
