We asked our CF Director about the eflow and he said there is not enough evidence that it works as well as the Pari Neb with Tobi. I know many will argue this, but he is a very well informed man. He was not comfortable with us switching. The reason most don't use the eflow with GSH is because it was not made for administering anything but Tobramycin and one other drug. However, I have read that new packaging is coming available for hypertonic saline but is not ready yet. Here is a link:
