I've heard of FVC being high, but FEV1?
That's really awesome. That's one of the main indicators if and when you need a transplant and you are far from it.

I'm 36 so I know that is quite an accomplishment.
I slacked off of the GSH, it was getting expensive being 220lbs, but I plan on starting again.
