Thanks Hope. Thankfully the expander comes out on Tuesday. I guess we will have to see the GI. UGH. Would you suggest waiting to introduce choline and lecithin until we have things moving along or would you suggest to begin immediately? I am not familiar with those and will of course do my research, but I have seen postings of both before. Thanks again.
