Hi, Monique! Well, with about 1200 mgs needed per day, fortunately the math is easy: 400 mg if you are going to go with 3 times per day, and 300 mg if you are going with 4 times a day. Our family does at least 4 times a day, but others do 3 times a day and say they are getting good results. I'd start with about 300 mg a day for a week, then 600 mg a day for a week, and then go up to 1200 mg per day. (Please remember I am not an MD). I think your decision is perfectly reasonable, but I'm just a mom. |
