Always take probiotics away at other end of day apart from antibiotics Always take Magnesium, calcium, basically minerals 4 hours after antibiotics or 2 hours before as they compete for the same sites and can hinder absorption of antibiotics Alway do Garlic or other killing agents for yeast, fungal gut problems away from probiotics eg other end of the day Apprently minerals are best absorbed in the morning Take minerals, vitamins away from antiacids, we at least 2 hours Monique |
