My husband printed out Dr. Bishop's protocol last night and was all worried b/c of some of what he read. I had to explain that since that was written, things have changed. Would you see if Dr. Bishop would update the website with current information? One item in particular, where it talks about not doing inhaled at the same time as oral needs to be removed. Thanks!
