Maybe just go to a chiropractor or someone else who can order the stool test. Call a lab and see who is in your area maybe? It seems that it is a GI / stomach issue. GSh isn't a "cure all" - you need to still address health issues...Your regular CF center probably won't do as comprehensive a test as these specalty labs anyway..

I would also check her Ph to see if she is overly acidic. (a big, usually ignored issue) You can get testing papers at the drugstore. Testing instructions can be found on the internet.
