Yep, sounds right. And if it helps in figuring out how many pills to take orally, round up to 900 mg per dose or 1000 mg per dose. Remember to start out at one-quarter the dose for a week, then up to one-half for a week, and then up to full dose. This is not because of anything serious, but when you first start taking glutathione, your body has to adjust to having so much more in its diet than it is used to. (You do already ingest about 300 mg of GSH in a normal diet every day.) You will have some sulphur-smelling flatulence and maybe even a bit of urgency in going #2 when you start taking oral GSH. But it subsides over time. Dr. Bishop's suggestion of ramping up to full dose over three weeks is meant to go easy on your digestive system as far as the oral is concerned. For the inhaled, it is important to figure out how much osmolarity your system can handle, so definitely start out with only one capsule until you adjust the mix of GSH and sterile (or boiled distilled) water. Some folks use regular or hypertonic saline as their liquid in inhalations. Again, it will take a little experimenting to figure out what is best for you.
