we use %7 saline solution with gsh to inhale with the face mask. i am actually afraid to not use it. i have observed it clears out their noses and sinuses especially when they have a cold, stuffy nose etc...... i love the stuff. after they finish inhaling i tell them to blow their nose and all the junk just slides out.
