Would recommend only the Pari or Devibliss(sp?). However, others may say differently. I know some do use the E-flow. Our CF Center is not big on the e-flow b/c not enough studies have been done on it and apparently it does not break the meds down to small enough particles to get deep into the small airways. It can also be very costly and is not covered by most insurance companies. The Pari Turbo works great for us and we can get done in about 12 minutes with 3 ml.
