Hi, I'm about to start Arch on inhaled GSH - Yay!! And thought I might start him on some saline nebs too. Is it better to start GSH with sterile water first to see how he goes and then try with Saline or can i go straight in with mixing saline in the GSH? I'm just going to get the basic saline from chemist, not hypertonic.
