That sounds familiar. My daughter is doing inhaled GSH, was asymptomatic and cultured PA. We are doing Tobi along with the inhaled GSH and it doesn't seem to be a problem. We had her recultured with 13 days of Tobi left and it had already the PA back by half. So, the GSH isn't working against the Tobi. Hope this helps.
