ENT suggested daily saline irrigation using a waterpik (bent tip cut off and smoothed). On TOBI months we use the face mask.

FYI: Make sure you get her a CT scan of her sinuses. My daughter never showed symptoms of sinus issues and at 10 (now 16) had the CT which showed them to be completely impacted, bone loss and pushing into areas inside her head they shouldn't have been. (Never complained of a headache, ever). Extensive surgery cleaned her out and continued cleanouts prevent further damage. Her problem is that she cultures pseudomonas in her sinuses as she does in the lungs.
