Wow, I would love for it to take 7-10 minutes. What brand is your nebulizer compressor? We use the Pari Proneb. My daughter is 11 and she tolerates the GSH very well. We empty one capsule into the nebulizer and then add the hypertonic saline. We let it sit for a few minutes to release the carbon dioxide out. There are several (actually quite a few) people that have been using GSH for up to ten years with no issues at all. I don't know of any negative reactions or problems from anyone. When you research (which we have done extensively) you will not find anything about it being dangerous, no side-effects. I really believe it is safe. Assuming Theranaturals doesn't sell GSH with impurities in it which they say it is pure. www.theranaturals.com
