Hi! We have been using the oral and inhaled GSH on Katie since she was 5 months old. She is now 17 months old and doing really well. Mon thru Fri,we do 3 inhaled GSH nebs per day (we slack off on weekends!)...we use the PariLC Plus. I mix 1 capsule in 3cc of normal saline. She had a bout with PA in October, but that cleared after 21 days of inhaled TOBI and oral Cipro. We used the GSH while we did the TOBI and didn't have a problem. We also use the GSH cur-caps, about 3 doses per day (I give her part of a capsule). I now do give her more than what Dr Bishop recommends for her body weight, but the higher dose really seems to help her. We noticed less GI malabsorption, more normal poops and thinner resp. mucus within 2 weeks of starting GSH. The only thing I noticed in the beginning was that Katie had golden colored stools for about the first week, same color as the GSH cur-cap powder. We didn't have any problems when we started the inhaled. Sometimes, after the nebs, she will have some "bad GSH breath". But, this would probably not be a problem with an older kid who would cooperate in brushing teeth or rinsing out their mouth! I get the GSH from Theranaturals, too. Good luck with your decision, and don't be afraid to research and ask questions. This website is REALLY helpful!!!
