Maybe this will help...you can do 2 doses of inhaled and 2 doses of oral, or 4 doses of oral, oral 1 oral and 3 inhaled. Just take the number of GSH mg's per bottle and then divide it up to get your 2500 mg. It will not hurt to be a little higher than 2500 mg. Some actually increase their dose when battling a sickness.
