I don't attribute my gym ass kicking ability to GSH. I have enjoyed working out long before I ever heard of GSH, and have continued to workout after GSH. I think that GSH has it's place, especially for younger CFers, but should not be considered the end all be all. Glad to know your kids are healthy and athletic.
