GERD is very bad for CF-ers. This is something I hope your docs will tackle head-on. Unfortunately, g-tubes and GERD sometimes seem to go together. And the worrisome things about anti-acid medication is that a CF-er really needs their stomach acid working well, for digestion and for eradication of bacteria. I am sure they've told you not to do any postural drainage with your little one. They could do fundiplication on your babe, but major surgery like that on such a little one can be very nerve-wracking.
