We do more GSH when sick also. The GSH inhalations seem to be very soothing to my child. We could easily do 3 per day (200 mg GSH caps for 43 ish lbs) We would also bump up the oral.

Also you might read the fine print on the albuterol. I think that it lasts for 6-7 hours? so maybe too much there? The dosage is also detailed by weight in the fine print. Our clinic initially ordered a too high dose - I think they just want to keep it easy. (I'd rather take time to give the appropriate amt.) Albuterol can cause jittery behavior and affect the heart so you want to use appropriately...
