Hi, Gwynn, I think we probably all know someone who hasn't done well on Pulmozyme. There were some earlier studies that showed higher levels of neutrophil elastase with use, but then later studies contradicted those, and it's hard to know what to believe on that score. I personally know a few folks who developed bleeds for the first time after using it, but again--is it cause and effect? hard to say.
