I hope I caught your attention and I want to make sure to warn all of you who have kids or have CF yourself NOT to give the Reglan to help with digestion issues. Our CF gastro doctor prescribed Reglan for our daughter who has CF when she was 7 years old and she now has a terrible movement disorder called Tardive Dyskinesia. The worst of it is that the Reglan did not help her digestion and now she is stuck living not only with CF, but with TD as well. We are overwhelmingly frustrated and angry, but we are a Christian family and our faith gets us through the difficulties we face in life. Again, please do not take Reglan or before you consider it read the Black Box Warnings of the drug first. If we had known, we would have never touched the stuff. Unfortunately, the warnings did not come out until last year when the FDA decided it was time.
