We use NOW brand, 600 mg capsules, first thing in the morning in addition to our morning oral GSH dose. There is no inhaled NAC per se; there is only Mucomyst, available by prescription, which is an inhalable form of NAC. Inhaled GSH will do the very same thing as Mucomyst and more, Kim--for you see, the only purpose in taking NAC is to provide cysteine in order to produce GSH. The body stores cysteine as GSH. So you have a readily available inhalable GSH provided by Theranaturals at your disposal. (Also, GSH-Curc Caps have some NAC in them.) HTH! |
