Yikes! I have never heard that before. Interesting. Especially since I feel my PA treatment has been "conservative". I actually stopped TOBI after 2 years of no PA in culture, then was off TOBI for a year when PA showed up only once last Dec. Since Dec 2009, I have been on TOBI cycles, azithromycin MWF and I did a month of IVs in Feb 2010. Ironically, this year I have felt like I have more junk in the lungs which is why I got the Vest and have been doing daily HS 7%.
