How much MSM do you give your kids and how do you administer it? I have the powder but the dosage is very broad depending on what you want to achieve so I am lost as to where to start. Archie is 6. A rough guideline would be great if you wouldn't mind. I have a capsule packer thingy so could use that to administer...coz the powder tastes pretty horrendous! Cheers
