Sent the link to our CF clinic and asked when CF clinics here in the US might consider recommending Glutathione to their patients. This was their response:

"We continue to monitor the progress of glutathione research related to cystic fibrosis as a CF physician team. Right now it looks promising but there has been no large scale study done on which the CF Foundation usually bases the recommendations and none of our group heard of such studies at the recent CFF annual meeting in Atalanta. I talked to our group about what they had heard before writing you. Dr. Hayes will be giving an update on the status of glutathione research at our next family day. Take care."

Very sad indeed. Almost criminal if you ask me. These CF doctors will whip out their prescription pad in a heartbeat and prescribe all kinds of big gun antibiotics that can cause liver damage, kidney damage, hearing damage, etc... Seems to me it would be so much better to keep their patients from getting sick in the first place. Just sayin'
