From what I've seen the interviews aren't that long and they tend to only throw in a couple tougher questions amongst a bunch of easy ones so it shouldn't be too hard, though I know different interviews ask different questions so the difficulty likely varies.
I got on the site through getting an invite, so I can't comment on how the process from experience, but I do know you have to go into their IRC chat room and wait a while for a interviewer to get to you (the site is user run so you may or may not have to wait a while for someone to be available).
If you're serious about doing the interview, they made a site guide for people interested in taking it which I highly recommend reading, since it basically tells you the answers to everything they might ask, plus a bunch of basic rules and guidelines for using the site: http://www.whatinterviewprep.com/
The interview thing might be kind of a pain, but it's definitely worth it IMO, the site may not have *everything* but they're definitely closer to that goal than pretty much anybody else. I'd send you an invite if I was able to but that is not the case unfortunately. The site has a lot of nifty features too, lots of fun little lists and stuff that might appeal to you.
