I think a pretty good guess is that Sparks want to recreate the orchestral techno of Lil Beethoven and Hello Young Lovers with a live orchestra at--and this would be perfect-- Carnegie Hall. Maybe it's a live event, or maybe there will be a live recording of it; who knows.
