I complained it was taking long for John Mcferrin to get to Sparks because I was really interested to hear his opinion on the group and he was my prediction to be the 5 star (or at least a 4 star group)

I did however say that when John Mc reviews an artist, it generally gives me an excuse to relisten to the albums or if I'm unfamiliar to listen to their key albums.

So those were two separate post.

At that time I was only familiar with the 70's work from Debut to Introducing Sparks + Lil' Beethoven. It was in my backburner and bucket list to go through the rest of their discography as I heard bad things about the 80's and 90's work and I generally don't like synth pop/disco/techno in general. John Mc reviewing them gave me an excuse to finally do that and it created a MONSTER
