You tried to laugh out loud at these for two minutes? I don't know what that's supposed to mean, but I just have this amazing image of a person desperately trying and failing to laugh.

Anyway, I mostly agree with your ratings, except I'd drop the debut a point or two. I'm surprised you didn't really mention this in your reviews, but even as early as Surfin' USA the band sounds infinitely more confident and comfortable than on the awkward debut, where it sounds like they're recording with a gun to their head.
