In the More review, on "Spanish Piece", you wrote that the speaking you here is from the movie, but it's actually Roger Waters imitating a Spanish man... and not very well. For starters, the film is set in Ibiza, which doesn't have flamenco music as their traditional music (although that's technically Gilmour's fault, who wrote the song), and Waters' demand for tequila is a bit off; Spanish people don't really drink tequila. Not according to the people from Spain that I know, anyways. His accent is okay, though
