On your rating scale, the bonus tracks would definitely push Who's Next up to a perfect score. They make it into an impressively great double album.

I disagree with BD on "Water". It's better on Who's Next. I find it to be too long on other albums. It's not a great enough melody to deserve 10 minutes imo
