I'm an 18 year old kid who is a huge classic rock fan, who has been a Yes fan for the past few years, and who has enjoyed reading your reviews. What I was wondering is if you've seen/are planning on seeing Yes on their current tour. I was initially hesitant to see them since Steve Howe is the only 'classic' member on the tour, and since I'm not that familiar with TFTO and Drama (as I said before I've only been listening to Yes for a few years), but I'd never seen them before and thought this might be my only change, so I went to their show on Friday. Anyway, I really enjoyed it; Howe was awesome, I thought Jon Davidson, whose singing I had never heard before, did a solid job, and Downes, Sherwood, and Jay Schellen all did just fine. Even my Dad, who had never heard any of the songs before besides (predictably) Roundabout and ISAGP, and who is far from a prog rock fan, was blown away by the show. However, I was wondering what your thoughts on the tour are (if you've seen it), since you have been to many Yes concerts before and have heard countless of their live albums, and therefore probably have a very different perspective on the tour than I do.
Thanks, and sorry for leaving such a long message
