Haven't heard the album so I don't know the context of the reference in question, but the WTC was bombed in 1993, unsuccessfully. That bombing was also masterminded by Osama bin Laden. Many people forget about it now due to 9/11, which is why references to bombing the WTC from the 1993 - 2001 period have sometimes fed conspiracy theories and/or confusion.
