Network 54 where I posted the "Busic Mabble" board was the only alternative I knew of. It's got more downsides than boardhost with logins and stuff. but it seems to work, and still retains the retro thread style.

I'll be on the lookout for others though. surely there's some other nostalgia-heads out there hidden away maintaining weird-ass tiny communities like ours. We can't be the only ones.

We could maybe also pop back to reddit babble for the time being while figuring this out so that we don't clog up John's board.
