Have you checked out this one? It's an album by Paul's brother Mike with most of the music by Paul (with Linda helping). Mostly it sounds like a 1974 Wings album of B-sides.

I wouldn't imagine it would rate all that highly (maybe a 6 on your scale), but it is definitely worth at least one listen, if only because the songs get another little twist w the different vocal style.
