Brian Eno - My Squelchy Life
You can find it in the 2014 Release of Nerve Net

Apparently My Squelchy Life was an Eno vocal pop album that was suppose to be release in 1991 however due to record company postponing the release of the album until the following year, this postponement allowed time for Brian Eno to rework the album into Nerve Net. Apparently it was one of those legendary lost Eno album. However I discovered that this is now a bonus tracks in 2014 rerelease of Nerve Net.
Well Brian Eno is a fool as it is a very good album (Hex 9 at least maybe even Hex A). It's a quite good dark atmosphere dream pop album that is only slightly marred by the 90's electronica sound. The Nerve Net sound is significantly better when you actually have vocal melodies over the top of it.
By the way I also recommend the 2014 Reissue of The Drop considering you like the album.

The actual album hasn't click with me but the bonus disc is quite good. There is a lot of variety and even at times sense of dramatic progression there especially the 18 minute Targa.
