I remember you saying that you'd come to like half of Asia's debut but still hate the other half. I'm curious as to which tracks you like and which ones you hate?

There's only two tracks there that I dislike, but I REALLY can't stand them. These would be the monumentally overdramatic "Without You" and the unconvincingly triumphal "Here Comes the Feeling". In both cases this is mostly because they seem to paint being single as this terrible thing (a bogeyman, if you will) to be feared; I am ashamed that I ever went along with that.

I find it hilarious that "Don't Cry" on Alpha is basically "Here Comes the Feeling" with less jarringly objectionable lyrics, as if to say sorry to the listener.

Not coincidentally, I freely enjoy "Sole Survivor" and "Wildest Dreams", which aren't about relationships at all. Also, the key changes in the latter are quite fascinating to me.
