: This month, I would like to again mention a
: bit on PTSD and its effect on the human
: body.
: Because recently a Marine from Minnesota
: took his own life.
: Because the visions and nightmares were too
: much, he had sought aid from the VA.
: A VA counselor, told him that that he would
: not be admitted that day.
: The next day another VA counselor, told him
: that he was #26 on a waiting list.
: Four days later the police found his body,
: he had taken his own life.
: Now there on-going damage-control to see
: that this never happens again.
: But, its too late for my fellow Marine
: brother.
: Those that planned this needless war, never
: took this into account or did they plan for
: treatment.
:
: There also two resolution of limiting the
: troop surge in Iraq.
: Some senators are calling for giving this
: government and the Iraqi's six months to
: show some improvement.
: Are we gambling with the lifes of our
: military?
: It sorts of reminds me of when I was in
: Vietnam.
: General Westmoreland kept asking for more
: troops.
: With the promise that soon we would see the
: end of the tunnel.
: Well, we all know now, that never did we see
: the end of that tunnel or any other tunnel.

It must be forged, tested and used.
It must be passed down.
